Thank you for shopping with Premier Opal LLC. We take great care in packaging and shipping every gemstone to help ensure it arrives safely.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received and verified.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you using the email address provided with your order.

Shipping Methods

We ship using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx, depending on the destination and shipping option selected at checkout.

Available shipping options and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout.

Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed.

Please note that delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by weather, carrier disruptions, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control may occur.

International Shipping

We currently only ship within the United States.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information, if available.
