Refund policy

At Premier Opal, we want you to love your piece of nature’s wonder. If your opal isn’t the right fit, we offer a 7-day, no-questions-asked return window from the date your order is received.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and returned with all original packaging. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please contact us at premieropalshop@gmail.com within the applicable return period and include your order number and any details regarding your request.

Please do not send items back before receiving return instructions from our team. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will confirm approval and process your refund to the original payment method.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow your bank or payment provider additional time to process and reflect the refund. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item arrives damaged or there was an error with your order.

EU Consumer Cooling-Off Period

For customers located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws. To exercise this right, you must notify us within the 14-day period and return the item in its original, unused condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

The EU cooling-off period does not apply to certain exceptions, including custom-made, personalized, or specially altered items.

Exceptions

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Sale items or discounted products

  • Custom-made or personalized pieces

  • Items that have been altered, damaged, or used after delivery

  • Items returned outside the applicable return period

Please note that natural opals are unique gemstones, and variations in color, pattern, inclusions, and character are natural features of each stone. These qualities are part of what make every opal one of a kind.
